The laboratory is responsible for all microbiological, physical and chemical analysis of raw materials and finish goods in this facility. Tests conducted include detection of Salmonella, Yeast & Mold, Coliform, E.coli, Staphyloccus Aureus and Lactobacillus. Others tests are Total Plate Count, pH, Salt, Total Solid and visual inspection. Occasionally, the services of external laboratory are engaged to verify some of the tests conducted by the in-house laboratory. Certificates of Analysis are available upon request for all products tested by the laboratory. Currently, two full-time staffs are responsible for all testing as well as quality control and HACCP requirements.
